The book is not designed to be read from cover to cover. We suggest that you dip into it, as you would a recipe book, delving into the different topics as and when they become relevant to your child. We have tried to make the book as easy to navigate as possible; each topic contains a scrolling list with individual tips placed in separate boxes to enable you to read quickly through the points and pick out those relevant to you. Throughout you will also find web-links to recommended products or websites.
